1983年至1985年在北京化工學校分析化學專業學習；1988年至1991年在北京大學分析化學專業學習，專科畢業；1985年至1987年在北京化工廠任技術員；1987年起在清華大學化學系有機所工作；2001年至今在分析中心工作。2004年被聘為高級實驗師。主要從事拉曼光譜分析及測試工作。
